A good model but...

Given the scale and the fact it comes from a family-run company, this is a very good model provided you buy it together with SDV''s T-62 mod. 1967 (in fact, a T-62 mod. 1972, I believe). The reason is that here you get a late turret (loader''s rotating cupola with AA machine gun) whereas in the T-62 mod. 1967 box you get an early turret, so if you get both kits (as I did) and exchange turrets you end up with two correct sets and can build a T-62 m. 1962 and a T-62 m. 1972. Also, according to the instructions leaflets the right part for the late-model engine deck comes as an option - yep, you guessed it - in the early version kit; it was missing in my sample so I sent an email to SDV asking them to send me the missing part (they never answered my email but I''m still hoping...).
Kit parts do require some sanding for a perfect fit, but all in all a very good model can be built out of the box. I would have rated it with 5 stars if not for the turrets issue.
