Historical original photos from the time of the "Third Reich" can depict swastikas or other anti-constitutional symbols. As far as such photos are published in specialist literature, they serve the reporting on events of the current affairs and document the military historical and scientific research. From kits, such symbols are removed. Anyone who copies such illustrations from our offers and uses them propagandistically within the meaning of §§ 86 and 86a of the StGB makes itself punishable.
